Made for the Trijam #282: The 3 hour game jam

You are suposed to be dead, but you survived. Now, you must climb to the top of the screen and touch the white hole before is too late, or you will become a totally dead pixel. You are too happy to let it happen, aren´t you?

Physics game. I´m learning how to use GDevelop, I´m totally noob making games (except for Bitsy). I exced the time of 3 hours, but I wanted to finish at least 2 little levels...

Use your mouse, click and drag at the opposite side to get impulse. If you want to return to the menu, only pass the mouse cursor over the menu button. The menus al also "playable" ^^

Notes for the Gamejam version:

Some minor bugs detected (sorry!):

1. If you fall outbounds of the scene at level 2, it restart level 1 instead level 2. And if you fall outbounds of the scene of the level 1, it restart level 2 XDDD.

2. The authenticator banner appears again and again at main menu, level 1 and 2, sorry.

3. Be careful moving the cursor near Menu button. I didn´t use the click option, so if you moving through the button you will automatically go to menu screen.

The graphics, the atmosphere, the music! all really made me laugh! The Windows wallpaper haha :D

And the game is pretty cool. It took me a while to get the hang of it, but then I was ace at controlling that poor little dead pixel :)

Oh, thank you very much for your words!! ^^

Nice and fun to play :D Is it intended that I can drag and swing the pixel while not on the ground? It becomes quite hard to control (I ended up flying off the level a couple of times)

Hahaha, you´ve found the little secret!

I´ve discovered that issue during the tests, but I haven´t time to resolve it. After the jam I will make improvements, new levels and objects, etc. It is intended that you can make a change of direction while in air, but not "flying" with it if you control the angle and position... Maybe limited to one extra use when the player is in the air...

Thank you for your valoration and comment!!

I love the concept of a dead pixel. The art and filters give it a unique vibe. I recognize that windows background... :)

It took me a bunch of tries to win. There's some tricky bits! But I got there in the end!

Thank you very much for your words!! I´m happy you like it. Yes, I think it´s balanced between fun and challenge...

My initial idea was to make 5 levels: W11, WXP, W3.11, DOS and Bios, hehe, but I ran out of time. Also, an endless mode with "infinite scroll" involving false hilarious Instagram or "X" posts (XD).
